Delivery Policy

RechaGo provides digital mobile top-ups and digital gift cards. Delivery is electronic only. No physical cards or printed vouchers are shipped.

Most orders are delivered within seconds after payment confirmation. Some orders may take longer due to provider checks, network delays, or temporary maintenance windows.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we mark the order as failed and provide support to resolve the issue, including refund handling according to the Refund Policy.
