Refund Policy

RechaGo sells digital products. Once a digital top-up or digital gift card is successfully delivered, the transaction is generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued when payment is captured but delivery fails, the order cannot be completed, or a technical error causes an incorrect charge.

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. If approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
